CNC lathe processing
Our company owns more than ten CNC lathes, which serve as the core equipment for machining shaft and disc parts. Leveraging high-precision CNC systems and stable spindle configurations, they achieve efficient and precise machining. These lathes can process workpieces with a diameter of ≤200mm and a length of ≤1000mm, boasting a dimensional accuracy of ±0.005mm and a surface roughness as low as Ra1.6μm. They are compatible with various materials such as copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and alloy steel.
The equipment supports automatic feeding and multi-process continuous machining, enabling rapid processing of features like outer circles, inner holes, threads, and arcs. This reduces manual intervention and clamping errors. Widely used in the fields of automotive parts, hydraulic components, and electronic accessories, they provide stable and efficient precision machining solutions for both small-batch customization and large-batch production.
